Sequoyah Limited began with a handshake between Bob Talbott, Bob Mohney, and Cary Ratliff. The two co-founders saw what many do in Cary; the passion and the attitude that leads you to the road of success. They shared and believed in his vision that he could build a company better than the rest and that Tennessee and surrounding states needed it.

Sequoyah Limited, LLC. is a company built on three things: Passion, Expertise, and Integrity. And the President, Cary Ratliff, embodies those winning characteristics precisely. Cary’s passion has always been building, and as the son of an architect that passion is in his bloodline. From an early age, he can remember going with his father to jobsites on the weekends to do inspections, which sparked a dream of something bigger that filters down into everything that Sequoyah Limited does.
